Hi my names Skye and I am the owner of Patches Pawtique, a gift shop for you and your furry friends!
Everything we create is bespoke and can be personalised
We make everything from hand burnt chopping boards to personalised fun pet tags and everything in between.
Do you have your own dog(s)?
I have two French bulldogs Patch and Elsie.
Patch is our live wire and can’t hear himself bark because he is deaf.
Elsie, we recently adopted and has a beautiful personality but hates other dogs.
How do you start your day?
I work from home so I’m thankful that I can start my day with a brew and the writing of the list of orders to complete that day!
How does a typical business day look for you?
There is ALWAYS music on in my office and I can be heard singing loudly from a mile away (I’m sure patch will be happy he is deaf!)
How do you finish your day?
I finish my day by packaging up all of the orders I’ve created and removing the tiny bits of vinyl seemingly stuck all over me!
What do you most love about running your own business?
The greatest thing about my job is that I absolutely LOVE creating and making others happy with what I make. so I’m one of those people that is so lucky to be doing what they love.
And your least favourite thing?
The parts I don’t like are that my printers will randomly stop working during a project at times and I may of spent hours on something to only have to start again!
